Lalalalala...

Everything is kind of boring here. I haven't blogged in awhile since there's no news...I have been checking on everyone but have been busy with Andrew and getting out more (Woohoo!) so I have been bad at commenting. Sorry.

Andrew now has TWO teeth and is pretty obviously working on more. He's rolling over both ways now! (We've been working on the tummy to back thing for a looooong time...He did it at about 3.5 months, but got bored after a couple of days and quit. Now he's into it again. Then today, I laid him down on his back, left the room for something, and when I came back, he was on his tummy! And SOOOO proud of himself!) He is trying really hard to sit up, so I imagine that will be a skill he masters pretty soon. He says "ma" a lot...especially when crying. It sounds really pitiful and makes me hug him super-close, which he loves. :) He knows it gets my attention, so he says it a lot. So cute. I'm trying to get him to say "mama" but who knows when that will happen. Sleeps @ 7:30-6:30 every night, which is awesome...Starting to investigate his crib, though, which sometimes keeps him from going to sleep right away. For example, we just heard him babbling, so Chris went to check on him and he'd slid his hand under the bumper and was grabbing the crib rails, which he apparently thinks is very funny. Silly baby. He loves his stuffed animals and every morning I find the animals all over the place as if they'd come to life and had a party in there. I can't love this kid more. He's precious.

In more personal news, the meds are working great, and I'm getting out of the house more, which has done WONDERS for me, mentally. I sent in my dues for the MOMS club and will get involved there...and I'm going to be attending a Thursday morning Bible study with one of my new friends here, starting tomorrow. I didn't get a job, but I'm happy being a full-time mom and enjoying every minute with my sweet boy. I'm off birth control and just praying we don't slip up and get pregnant. It took SO LONG to get pregnant with Andrew, but who knows...could be easier the second time around. I can't believe I'm actually saying I don't want to get pregnant. Sounds so weird coming from my mind/mouth...but I'm really happy with my life right now. Really. So, yeah, I'm doing MUCH better and Chris is so much happier now that he has a sane wife. :)

For the moment, life is good.

I'm glad to hear the meds seem to be helping! I hope getting out of the house more helps too. I know it did for me! Glad to hear life is good!
